This application contacts the Virgin servers directly and retrieves the information directly to your phone. If the application fails for some reason you will be given the option of sending us an error report to help us fix the issue but this is entirely optional. I downloaded this app and it doesn't work, help! Please ensure you can log on to the Virgin website and retrieve your usage via the Virgin accounts page before contacting us.
